Predominately lettuce-y sandwiches have the best crunch. Pair it with an thin crepe-y omelet, avocado and HP sauce and you've got a munchy, spicy, eggy wonder in your hands.
Boil up some gnocchi and toss it around with parsley, homemade tomato sauce (frozen in individual servings - Nigella, you da bomb) and grated parm. Easy, easy, easy.
Fruit salad all day everyday. Whatever I have on hand goes in the bowl.
My current kitchenish situation. Barely enough room for me in there.
My mum freezes tomato sauce in ice cube trays! I've yet to try it - Carlos and I usually eat all of it up in one serving.
